Travel in Bangkok you just need some good two wheels not those 125cc street bikes but a

good 250+cc motorcycle.

Those bikes are so small,light and twitchy not very safe.

Been riding here for years, people are very forgiving on the roads. You just have to always expect the unexpected. That junction in the video is fine generally.I feel more relaxed when riding in Bangkok than in England where everybody is so aggressive. Come and enjoy the relaxing roads of Bangkok for yourself! i was there in summer....

it's not that bad. of course it is different than Europe oder USA but you can also go over the street, but don't slow down or hurry up. If a driver sees you, he will know that you are there but if you change your speed he will hit you because he thinks you are somewhere else.

Moreover you can use "person bridges" they are every 500m and you can cross the street there in a safe way.

And you see, I am still alive ;-)
