@Darewyrn Yeah, people REALLY abuse it. It says 50% of people avoided me for trash talking. I don't have a mic nor do I send messages to anybody but friends. Damn rep system needs to go.

Yeah I dislike the Rep system because it is easily abused, I have a 50% in unsporting (everyone already knows what it means) and most people who play with me know that I am competitive but I dont take it to the extreme. I also don't do things that would otherwise be called unsporting like betraying or kill stealing so I do not know why I got this but at this point it doesnt matter, that is how abused it is. Also to add on, the star system is a load of garbage as well.

Like wtf and secondly How does the star system even work is that part of the whole rep thing ? Im (somewhat new to xboxlive)

this reputation shit is fucking stupid as hell i didnt come online for a year and my prefered was 40 and my avoided was 60 so i played a couple of games didnt leave the match no mic on didnt rage quit and got 30 kills and STILL more avoidtionsi think its really fucking stupid cuz if people avod u it dosent mean ur an ass all the time

I didn't even know about this rep system until a couple hours ago. It seems pretty flawed. There are people who will give you a bad review just because they're mad that they lost. Mine is 30% preferred and 70% avoided. 42% Unsporting(huh?) and Quit Early 7%.

The only games I've ever played online were MVC3 and MK9. And I'm not even that good at fighting games. I've lost way more times than I've won. And the quit early is mostly due to the games desynchronizing.

25% Quit Early, I got disconnected from the host on a match of Gears of War 2 and I got this for thatXP

50% Unsporting, from guys who were trash talking me on Gears of War and Black Ops, but lost to me, and from one person who sent me a message calling me a f*ck*ng fag for winning a match on Halo 3

I say the rep system is pretty much worthless now because people who use it abuse it so much that it makes people look bad when they havent done anything wrong, it's dumb:/

@DubFookinStep Once you start Xbox live you are with TWO or THREE stars and it take TWO or THREE ppl or friends to approved you to get 5 stars if you being avoided alot the stars will be gone but you can get it back by getting approved once again by friends (Not the same friends different ones if they approved you) on your list or random gamers

lol basically Reputation doesn't matter on xbox live same time with leaderboards but playing something that hardcore and popular can change your Reputation (ON YOUR TEAM) or just get Hacked (OPPSITE TEAM) something to be aware of but just have fun and do your thing.
