Yeah he does. I think the reason why these jerks got so much press in the first place is because everyone knew from jump that they were lying, and wanted to make them look ridiculous and see how far they would take it. Besides, it is the hottest piece of comedy right now.

All I have to say is that I pity those children. Basically those assholes that they have for parents is making them lie for them. What kind of sick family is this...Using your own child's innocence that way to easily be able to manipulate them into doing what you want is child abuse. You can say that I'm exaggerating, but physical infliction isn't the only thing that can bring harm to your kids. Teaching your children to be LIARS is not doing your job. They need counseling. Seriously.

Really? He backed down. And he originally missed/dismissed what the boy said. I didn't see it live, but I'm assuming the producers fed into his earpiece "Umm, pursue what he just said!" Then, THEN soon as the guy gets defensive, Wolf backs down. Complete interview failure, imo.

I saw Wolf later (friday) talking to Jack Cafferty about it and Wolf said something along the lines of "I'm still not sure if it's a hoax. The stories are so conflicting!" At which point Jack assured him it was BS. JC put it so amusingly bluntly that I finally started to feel like I was exiting the Twilight Zone. Meaning I'm still surprised there are people out there (the sheriff *cough cough*) that still don't believe it was a hoax.

I can't help but to think that this dad put his kids up to this. I have been around many parents of missing children and never have I seen anything like this before. First of all why isn't anyone questioning why the "missing" boy is vomiting on TV? And seems to have a problem staying awake? It makes you wonder if the child was given something to put him to sleep while this "nut dad" set the stage.

Heres the motive, Experiment gone wrong, Balloon took off. The daddy cant believe that he spend so much time on it and now is gone. He knew the FAA or the Police dept wont go look for it unless he can come up with a good excuse like a child is in it. Just look at his home video, you know there is no kid near there when the balloon took off and he seem really piss off when the rope was release LOL.
