yes, some centers have English trainers. in our center, HR decides who will attend english training on the initial interview. the english trainers are filipinos as well, while some are americans.

@MegaVivian11 i grew up and studied in the philippines and I have an american accent and often mistaken for one....it all depends on the school you attend growing up. Also in our time all kids shows where in english hence we picked up the american accent even before going to school.
