@PilatesSportsCenter Please let me know if you and Josh decide to come to NYC to do a workshop or something. I have some guy buddies who don't believe in the Power of Pilates even when they see me in my Jessica Rabbit dresses (from all those Obliques Torture Variations on the Reformer, LOL). And even though Roger Federer and Jason Kidd do their Pilates!

Art would've had the same results by watching his food intake and excercising four times a week no matter what. Great results though, you clearly have a lower bodyfat percentage and packed on some muscle. Keep at it. :)

Just bought the dvd! Cant wait to try it. Im so weak(due to excessive dieting and cardio before) hopefully I'll get some muscles after trying this.
