Guys your shoulder is made of ONE muscle split in THREE parts. You can't isolate any one head. Buy isolating the lateral head all that's happening is that it's taking most of the stress, but you're still working the anterior and posterior heads
I'm surprised more people don't know this. Even a 1 minute google image search of anatomy or physiology will show you everything you need to know about what muscles are where.
@poopadoxlol - Lifting weights mean you're suppose to look at your trainer legs, instead of focusing on the part of the body he's teaching you to train?? O.o

@GeneralHooHaa it's true that you need mass to punch hard, but more important are the speed and tecnique of the punch. if you train punches, also some mass will come with that. of course it's better to train heavy weights too, but if you're just pumping on fitnes machines you wont hit really hard...
It seems to me that this guy knows a lot of movements and exercises, but he is not like a heavy lifter. His body looks soft and small. He needs more heavyweight, be more agressive to develop an impressive muscle mass.
