  • @iceman011379 I notice that too, pretty much on any given workout video. The usual "aw this guys an idiot, thats wrong, thats stupid, what a pussy, little weights, blah blah blah". Unfortunately a lot of world class douchebags are a part of this "community".

  • Guys your shoulder is made of ONE muscle split in THREE parts. You can't isolate any one head. Buy isolating the lateral head all that's happening is that it's taking most of the stress, but you're still working the anterior and posterior heads

  • @GeneralHooHaa it's true that you need mass to punch hard, but more important are the speed and tecnique of the punch. if you train punches, also some mass will come with that. of course it's better to train heavy weights too, but if you're just pumping on fitnes machines you wont hit really hard...

  • Great video, nice explanation about which muscle groups you'll work out and how to perform the exercise!

  • It seems to me that this guy knows a lot of movements and exercises, but he is not like a heavy lifter. His body looks soft and small. He needs more heavyweight, be more agressive to develop an impressive muscle mass.

    He's going down too far taking tension off the deltoids. initial abduction of the humerous by the deltoid muscle begins at 30 degrees so it should be slightly up from where he started

    before 30 degrees its the rotator cuff pulling it
