How does the skin complexion of these singers differ from Beyonce and Alicia Keyes? They dont represent the all of there culture and beauty. They are but one sample. They creme of the crop is yet to rise. We know that dark skin people in Sudan are discriminated against, we know that the lighter skin sudanese enjoy more priveleges. @nkwakutoure I constantly speak out against Skin-tone and race discrimination among Muslims today. I feel this is a modern problem and not a perennial one. My father and brothers are all of a deep black complexion and I'm of a redish brown complex because I take after my mother's appearance.
My comments on the diversity of appears were in regards to Africans in general, never did I state or imply that this was exclusive to Muslims. We are the original people and with us are all things human.

It isn't that we are racists, for africans can't be racists. Racism is a term reserved for whites/europeans. We can only be the victims of racism. Right, I think Muslims are the most diverse religion. There are Middle Eastern and North African muslims, Sudanese muslims, Somalian muslims, West African, South Asian(India, Pakistan, Bangladesh), Indonesian, Filipino, Malaysian, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Southern Russian, Albanian, Serb and Croatian muslims. As you mentioned danalga,konoz and mahas are tribes of the nubian race.The basic language is similar,but different local words.yet the culture is the same . for example arabic spoken in Iraq is different from the one spoken on Morraco or tunsia. Nubians have been always in Sudan for thousands and thousands of years.

Learn some history, then comment. When the Arabs took over Egypt and moved into Africa, vast numbers of Nubians moved west. They set up kingdoms all over Central and West Africa, including what is now Ghana, Nigeria, and other countries. So, West Africans (and by extension, Black Americans) ARE descended from Nubians. People who descend from Nubians also include the entire Horn of Africa; that's why Sudanese, Ethiopian, and Somali culture are so similar.

You are a fool, the ancient Egyptians didn't rely on slavery as a means of producing wealth, unlike the ancient Greeks and Romans who had European slaves. The pyramids were not built by slaves and the Nubians were not slaves in Egypt. Sometimes, Nubians were captives of war, but not slaves. True Ancient Egyptians were indeed black people, from Ta Seti, Nubia.
