I believe they used Low VOC or "low emission" lead free paint. This is eco groovy paint that doesn't off-gas any bad chemicals.

That's awesome! I want to do that with my [future] '70s Dodge Travco, along with solar power. The start-up is pricey, but you save soooo much money in the long run. I was this close to getting a Travco, but the cost to run it deterred me.
