I want to produce Ethanol fuel from sugarcane in India.Can anyone tell me pls how to use ethanol fuel on all cars with mixing any petrol in it.Does it effect car/vans etc engines.How can i remove water from ethanol pls.
ethanol is made with simple materials sugar yeast and water you need this materials to make ethanol first add sugar in water then heat it and mix it then let the sugar and water (mash) cool then you need yeast add the yeast in the mash then wait 1 week be sure the mash need to breath (living organism) then you need boil it at 80 degree celcius and you need to catch the steam and change it in liquid with cooling steam there you go you got ethanol im 14 years old and i learned it im making ethanol

take chinese white wine with 85% alcohol and separate the stuff from alcohol. keep the alcohol and mix it with 15% gas. there you go.

ferment sugar with yeast for a few days in an airlocked container and then distill the ethanol from the mash
