Should I get a 470 GTX or should I wait for a 590 GTX ?

Depends, what Res Screen you got?

If you have 1080 or so id just go 580, But it depends on what Screen and other Hardware you have.

I have a thing called a D3D Overrider, it makes it so i can have triple buffering on my comp games such as Crysis Unreal Tournament or WoW. The Overrider comes with Riva Tuner and it works really well. It actually only makes my Crysis demo lag 5% of the time instead of 50% of the time. Its like adding 0.9 GHz onto your computer. But the only bad thing is that it may freeze your computer. My comp makes noise when I use it though. It makes your CPU go faster to have a greater gaming experience.

Intel Q8600 4X 3.2GHz CPU

Cooler Master V8 CPU Cooler

It runs smooth, but not when I'm running FRAPS! DAMN YOU FRAPS! AAHH!!!

Yea, the I7's are Great! the 950 is a DEAL! to, But My 2 460's Eat Crysis for Breakfast!

And Spit out AA like Watermelon Seeds! Freakish 16X AA has NO effect on Frame rate. :O

1440x900, Very High avg 60fps Bottlenecked by my Ram and CPU, because Crysis only uses 2 threads, so I can disable 2 cores and get the same frame rate.

Core i7 would fix that, But I'm waiting for sandy Bridge.

If your in Armor mode only sparks will come off, but any other mode it doesn't work.

Q9650? Excellent, I run 3.8GHz Easy, had its FSB up to 2,200mhz, Runs Cool, I use a Xigmatek HDT-S1283 only $30 and out performs most others even up to $90.

@Xigmatek Ah, I see. I have a Phenom II X2 unlocked to X4 and OC'ed to 3.6 without trying, as this CPU has an unlocked multiplier. I should mention that for $30, you can also get the cooler I have, which is the Cooler Master Hyper 212+, and from what I've heard, it is one of the best air coolers out there without going to a Frio, any of the V-series, or a Noctua D14 (lol).
