  • I wonder if there is a Muslim version.

  • uhhh..........

  • God created our bodies.... and we are to praise Him, and love on Him, and so, hmmm, combining praise and loving our temple, which He dwells in, is badddddd? some of the negative comments on here sound like religion rather than a love relationship with Jesus lol, the world has claimed things that are God's~including working out:)) YAYAYAYAY!!!! church, we are getting healthy and reclaiming what is the Lords!

  • ugh!!!!

  • I just ordered Body Gospel, and I can't wait to workout to it.

  • Oh Lord what have we become!!!

  • i think its good to have this.. ima christian but this is not my speed.. i like things like p90x tae bo..something keeping me going.. u CAN always turn down the workout music that the other programs have and put your own gospel music on it.

  • i could not think of a more stupid idea

  • @samsungprin why is this stupid? These people value and listen to this music anyways, why not work out to it don't be rude, respect difference in others Douchebag

  • @deltapoo how you tell someone to be respectful and end it with douchebag? I mean it just proves your a true christian lol anyway have fun Spanky

  • this is the most adorable thing ever! I love the lord and I am working on my temple now!!!

  • This is a slap in the face to the church hahahaha. They might as will say jesus christ will Excersice with you too! Hahahahahahahaha

  • @thatboysr Just curious how this is a slap in the face...they are fully clothed, working out is beneficial, the music is up-lifting to the spirit, the Word said to do all as unto the Lord...all means all. Just saying.

  • I do the insanity work out, but I think this is a great idea! Although it is not intense enough for me, I think it is great. I also like that it has people of all shapes and sizes showing how they are becoming fit. Its sad that people have so many negative things to say.

  • hahahaha

  • are you kidding me? FO REAL?

  • I think this is a great idea...... Too many people in church think that they can simply take care of the spirit while neglecting the physical. Their are too many people in the church who are over weight and find excuses not to be healthy but yet still praise god. The way i see it is god gave me this vessel and im gonna do my best to keep it looking good. A workout dedicated to church folk is god's way sayin enough excuses!!!

  • hahahahahahaha. Talk about slapping Jesus name on something to make some money.

  • Im offended, as a Christian but mostly as a human

  • lol holy shit. thought it was a joke at first

  • LMFAO

  • Not my kinda workout, but if it will get people in church active, I'm all for it. There's plenty of people who'll preach against alcohol (which is fine in moderation) then brag about their favorite fast food place. Eat right and stay active so these pharmaceutical crooks can stop getting rich.

  • I live in a country of pure cynics. A place where the most positive thing can be characterized in the most negative way. I think it's great. Donna has been making money with workout videos for over 20 years, I don't think that what its about. There are thousands of workout videos out there--to each his own, why be so cynical and negative about everything!!!

  • @djsteelwheelz I'm not being cynical, I just happen to find it upsetting when people take something simple and sacred and turn it into a franchise. Like Jesus theme parks and truck mud flaps...it's just silly to me. I feel the same way about all the unnecessary yoga mechandise on the market (t-shirts, DVDs, etc.) That's how it is in America, someone takes an idea that has nothing to do with merchandising and they merchandise it. I'm not a cynical person but this is one of my pet peeves.

  • @HOLLYWOODBOY818 If that fat means unhealthy. I will rebuke what you said.

Our God is a good/Holy God, that's His nature, all good comes from Him. The rest of the negative, disaster, unhealthy, sickness and diseases are from the devil. Believe in or not His plan for us is not prosper us not to harm us.This is the truth.

  • seriously beachbody?

  • I'm all for workin' out to Christin music. Some of those ladies need to put some clothes on though.

  • body gospel? stretch in the spirit? okay...i won't deny that some people enjoy working out to gospel music, but from a corporate standpoint this is just another way to use religion to make more money. augh. I will never tell anyone that this exists, ever.

  • @Akosuaification Why so cynical and negative?what a judgmental thing to say. . .

  • I like it I think its an AWESOME idea GIVE GOD GLORY CONTINUALLY!!!!!

  • @elatus if you don't care about God then what are you doing watching this video don't come on here and smash on this video just because you have a void in your life that you can't fill.....God is with us always and she didn't say that exercising will let you eat what you want she has a diet plan just like everyone else get over yourself

  • @saya8891

I clicked on it for its absurd title. I thought it was going to be satire. Thank you for the personal attacks, but they don't defend what is obviously an awful product. What is next? The jesus home gym? The god exercise ball? This person/company is using people's faith to sell a product, it is disgusting.

Furthermore, If there was a god and he cared about peoples weight, there wouldnt be starving children in Ethiopia (which is a christian nation).

  • @elatus There is a GOD! He is great too :)

  • This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. People, track your calories, your glucose, and your your exercise. Jesus does not make pizza and doritos healthy.

  • @elatus you are the biggest retard what you don't have anything better to do then smash on peoples religion who cares what your opinion is your just a lonely jerk with way to much time on your hands and probably alot more then that...if you don't like it don't click on it DUH

  • I think this is a wonderful idea. I wish they would make a gospel guitar hero and a gospel Just Dance. The only type of music I listen to is gospel, so it's great. Plus, i am a kid at heart and when we Wii, it'd be nice to dance to gospel instead of booty shaking music.

  • wtf, Christian workout???

  • I think some people are mad they did not think of it first lol

  • @danielle1961 Exactly lol

  • People need to stop comparing Body Gospel to P90x and Insanity. All three programs are good for their level. People must realize that it's the people that get results, not a program. In other words, a program shouldn't work a person, a person has to work the program. A person doesn't have to do P90x or Insanity to get either program's results. If people pay attention, they will see that a lot of the moves that are in P90x and Insanity are moves that have been shown in workouts for years.

  • @Archieve00 The Bible is true, when it states that There's Nothing New Under The Sun. I have never done P90x or Insanity and I probably never will, unless I do it in the future and the price is right. Don't get me wrong, Tony Horton has some good workouts. I own Power 90 and I like it. It's a good program, but it's just a program. Just like all other programs. I'm sure a lot of these P90x and Insanity exercisers that are bashing other workouts couldn't hang in a ballet workout.

  • Lol These people are crazy, good laugh tho.....lol wow, I thought this music was supposed to be special and made for glorifying the most high. Yeah this is a joke, banannas

  • Negative people, please get your own website or social network ban together so you can have a place to feel comfortable and write negative things all you want. You may need to Speak LIFE to bring some positive things in your life. Speaking negative only can mean a few things, your not happy with your life, your made at something or someone or you love to welcome negative things in your life.

If a person choose to use body gospel and lose 30 pounds why not encourage them instead.

  • Faith has NOTHING to do with believing that God will make you skinnier. Nothing. I will NEVER understand why negative people waste their time searching sites for videos they claim to have no interest in simply to take the opportunity to speak ugly. All I know is God works in mysterious ways and I hope during the time you spent being ugly writing your comment you enjoyed some of the great music played on this exercise video! I'll go w/ magic2magic & stick w/ P90X/insanity & my ipod.

  • Wow, this is terrible. Using people's faith as a way to extort their money..Since when was one of the commandments "Thou shall get funky?"

  • lmfao this economy brings out the silliest mess

  • @cuzitsnecessary Hm, I wonder what you said about the other exercise programs? So because this is gospel music it's silly? And how about Zumba? Or any other work-out video with other genres of music?

  • LOL

  • Where's the faith when they are personally taking action to lift the weights and move their bodies? "Faith" would imply not doing anything, the acceptance of the claim that the deity will make you skinnier based on a lack of evidence. Which seems to be polar opposite to this video. Which shows people taking action themselves to get themselves healthy. Looks like another way for people to incorrectly attribute things to their imaginary friend.

  • @Dem212 Faith does not mean doing nothing. Faith is doing something even though ti does not make sense to you or those around you because they Holy Spirit is leading you to do so. To show faith one has to start moving first, because like a vehicle you are useless when you are just sitting still.

  • @tbhhawk Well you are creating your own concept of "faith" to fit your needs, look it up.

"even though ti does not make sense to you" Why would you want to do nonsensical things? I think that is an honest admission on your part tho. Pointing out one of the problems with basing your actions on "faith", because it means you are not informing your actions with reason and observations of the results. But rather what your preference in bronze age mythology claims.

  • @Dem212 You can call my beliefs what you want to. You have the right of free speech and free will to do that. All I can speak from is experience and in my experience I have never been burned when I stepped out in faith.

  • @Dem212 Also, I did look it up. The definition I found was the one that I gave to you.

  • @tbhhawk You will find that "faith" is a belief without evidence,if there is evidence to support your belief,it is not faith.Lifting weights to strengthen your body is a method based on evidence. To have a faith workout would mean that you are working out without informing your actions with evidence. If you actually had FAITH in your body becoming healthy, you would not take action based on evidence(physical work out). If you used a method that is not supported by evidence, then it would be faith.

  • @Dem212 huh? you thought about that hard . . .wow

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHA that is hilarious with a tint of pathetic

  • It's kind of messed up to see P90X and Insanity users making snide comments on these Body Gospel videos. I'm on my 2nd round of the PinsanityX hybrid, but I wouldn't knock other Beachbody workouts because they're lighter. Just because they're easy for your or my fitness level doesn't mean they aren't effective for someone else.

It's for people who are just getting into exercising and want to throw some Jesus into the mix. Good for them. It's better than wasting money on Atkins or Ab Roller.

  • Whoa........ that's.. different...

  • shawn T shows his body cuz his workout works, these people? not so much

  • Bravo body gospel

  • omg...only in amercia

  • LOL! The choir just took me over the edge. hahaha!

  • I would love to see this in gym around the world like Zumba.!!!!!!!

  • For more Gospel Aerobic Workout music check out acebeatmusic on the web

  • I'm agnostic, but I'll be honest...this looks...REALLY fun...o.o

  • You could turn off the sound of other beachbody videos like insanity and p90x and then turn on a christian radio station. That will get you a better workout and better worship songs.

  • @magic2magic hahahahahaha you are so right!!

  • this is ridiculous

  • denying science burns tons of calories.

  • @MassFragment

    This

  • @MassFragment lol

  • @MassFragment lol =)))))

  • *FACEPALM*

I'll stick to the X... but hey if you wanna do it, doesn't hurt me a bit.

  • lmao the chick in green should be fired.... she not even lifting her leg !!

  • @mikedrummer619

=l She's modifying the move. It's what she's getting paid to do.

  • @ThatHoboSolidarity - You are right that she is the for those who are not up to doing the actual move, but know that none of those people are getting paid. They are actual B.G. success stories!
