No, it's in comparison with Fox News itself. There isn't a single liberal show on Fox News. All panels features more conservatives than liberals (eg. Special Report panel, Hannity's American panel). Conservatives make up a heavy majority, probably 90% or so, of all opinions made on Fox News. It is an extremely ideological and partisan news station, which is why when you attack MSNBC I just think it's absolutely hilarious about the hypocrisy.
