I see a lot of people praising Ozzy and thats fine. But the truth is they would still be a great band even without Ozzy. Tony Iommi may be a little sloppy on his solos but his riffs are so catchy it should be illegal. It doesn't hurt to have Geezer and Bill Ward holding the rhythm down behind you either.

Man, on bass you can just jam anything in this song (mostly in the key of (G?) excluding the main beginning/end riff)! It's really a fun song to jam along to.
bought this album and first discovered sabs in 1970 at age 15. Its still a brilliant unique album and literally a studio live recording - took just 2 or 3 days I believe. I've seen them live 35 times and after dio's passing thought that was the end of it all so I'm really pleased that Ozzy's back. Hope that the new material is going to hold up as these guys are now getting on a bit just like me!

Starred Boris Karloff..That was the Inspiration for the band name..They had tostop using EARTH as it was already a band..They dont glorify stan at all..Listen to their lyrics..Alot are pro god/ christian..but gloom and doom is a part of life as well..thats what they write about..Dig It

Man, on bass you can just jam anything in this song (mostly in the key of (G?) excluding the main beginning/end riff)! It's really a fun song to jam along to.

bought this album and first discovered sabs in 1970 at age 15. Its still a brilliant unique album and literally a studio live recording - took just 2 or 3 days I believe. I've seen them live 35 times and after dio's passing thought that was the end of it all so I'm really pleased that Ozzy's back. Hope that the new material is going to hold up as these guys are now getting on a bit just like me!

this was a breakthrough album-no other sabbath album has this much depth.Officially brought in new,darker sound to rock music.Yes,this is a cover of another song-but this is the band that made the dark sound so popular

This has got to be the classic version of this number - but it was an Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation original of a few years earlier which most people have never heard- did they ever get their financial dues ? I doubt it. that is show business for you.

Tony's playing on this record is absolutely killer! He was one of the very best blues/rock guitarists of that era. Bought this LP when I was 18 years old . 59 and still listening! to it!.

Fun Fact: Warning was originally by the short lived Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation, in a much shorter form. Ironically enough, Ozzy misheard the song and sings "I was born without you baby" instead of "I was warned about you baby", which was the entire basis for the song and reason it was called "Warning".
