Parts of this movie was at the beginning of POD PEOPLE when MST3K did it...This was made by the same guy who gave us ALIEN FACTOR and NIGHTBEAST...Looks cheesy,but fun.
I saw some of this in the beginning of "The Pod People" on Mystery Science Theater 3000. This flick looks like it would be PERFECT for a rifftrax or Cinematic Titanic release.
