  • Hey thanks, sounds like you have one sweet project in the works. Stude, check- big block ford, check- built in your garage, check. I'll check out your FrankenStude- I think my dad got his primary header flanges from Speedway too, good stuff! Keep up the hard work ;)

  • cool.love your car....In my 31 Studebaker coupe, I'm running a 69 460 also..still building the car but a lot of videos here on utube..(see FrankenStude Too).. I built my own headers too...got them from Speedway as a kit for $140...

  • now thats cool...and a 460 too..my buddy has a 41 plymouth with my old 65 merc 390 in it

  • Thanks very much, header flanges were from Jegs, the rest was 1 7/8 j-bends cut and welded up by my Dad. There's a little more to it measuring for equal length and such, but they're all home made except the ceramic coating of course.

  • Very nice job, where did ya'll get the headers from?

  • You area true craftsman. Awesome.

  • Thanks, I posted this for my dad, this is his first ground up car. His dad helped start bonneville and was the treasurer way back when so it was cool to have him "in spirit" part of this.

  • Awesome that you are doing this.

  • Dad, Grandpa would be so proud to see this grow from a flat tired, ugly green, rusted out "vision" to the bitchen ride it is now. Is my truck next?
