@AirlayLeekoh 'scraper' refers to the 22" rims on 'gangster' cars, the idea of scraper bikes is that their rims also look like this and the bikes are 'pimped', which I think shows an excellent creative outlet for young kids who have nothing better to do and keeps them out of trouble.
