There is actually - it's pretty basic, but it's definitely there. You don't see it in this particular clip though because what I've actually captured is the Timeline playback option rather than the edit view. If you go to etherpad and click Create Public Pad you can take a look at what the layout looks like. Pretty neat tool really.
