What the hell is wrong with Sociaty when the school system is even having this debate? Isn't there something more important, like the quality of our education to be focused on!! Tell the damned teachers to do their job, take away the phone, give it back at the end of the class period. They did it when I was in school. If I was assing around and causing problems they would give me detention. If that didn't fix it they called my parents.. Then my parents did their "job" and the bullshit stopped!!
