the best bodybuilder ever for me was yates but in this show i think levrone should have won he is a great bodybuilder that was unfortutate to be at is best in the "yates years"
@abcd827 well said..as much as I dislike dorians physique..blockey..thick waist..and no chest...levrone shoulda been lucky with 2nd at this show..he looked small had no back what so ever...no width in his chest..(small clavicles)..and was quite smooth...dorian won this show hands down...but IMO a 1991 Haney still looked better than Dorian here..
Great bodybuilder, with a great mentality in training. He didn't use big words in he's interviews. He let he's work do the talking and he was all business when it comes to bodybuilding. Great hard personality. This was not the kind of guy to put in a commercial which recommends kids to take their vitamins and eat their cereals. He represented hard core bodybuilding whithout the bulls**t talk (tipically british if you ask me). WE WANT REAL MEN IN BODYBUILDING!!!

Yea Coleman and Cutler were 275-290 but did they ever come looking this insanely dry and ripped? No way....if they kept cutting down fat and water to get to the bodyfat percent and dryness of Dorian they would've gone down to about 240-250 at most. Well Ronnie probably would get down to 270 since he did have more muscle than yates but would be as ripped as this and would've probably looked awesome and better.
@subpop200 dude what are u talking about? i dont know about jay but ronnie DEFINITELY used to come in insanely dry, ripped and separated.......especially in his earlier olympia years but that was when he wasnt pushing the envelope in terms of sheer size and weight
@teenbodybuilder3 I meant he never got this dry when he acquired the maximum amount of muscle peak career. My mistake with the wording, Coleman definitely came as dry as Dorian earlier in his career when smaller. But when Coleman was at his biggest in 2003-2005 he didn't come that dry, if he did, I think his muscularity and overall appearance would look very very unreal and insane. Imagine the dryness dorian had here but with the mass Coleman had in 2003? Now that would be interesting.
He weighed 242 here. Hard to believe that Coleman and Cutler were pushing 275-290 just 10 years later. I still like Yates better than those two. Yates went to 257 in 1993, which I think was really about at his upper limit of development (or 7 pounds to much) before it started to mess up his symmetry.
Don't believe the competitive weights of Cutler and Coleman. Even Dorian said it wasn't true in one of the videos here from his Olympia judging. Just IFBB hyping the new guys.
