I raced in the banger class myself for about 10 years before my neck gave out, one thing I could never understand is why some of these other drivers would destroy classic and rare vehicles that may have been in excellent condition just for some childish pit kudos. Fucking angers me to see good cars like that MKI Granada coupe chopped up ready to be destroyed! Pointless vehicle vandalism. and before of you say it i'll get it in first, FUCK YOU!

i have grown up with banger racing as my dad & mum did it every month at Biggin Hill. Since we moved in 2005 we haven't done it. I miss it SOO much :'( It's thanks to banger racing I learnt to drive when I was 4 :D x

These are absolutely brilliant, cant wait for the 2010 compilation. Have you ever been to Henham Raceway in Essex. That is the only place i have been to. It used to be great 5 years ago oor more but in recent years it got a bit crap with not many drivers turning up. Whether its got better again or not i dont know.

I remember our GRIMLEY cars came down to Smallfield and experienced The Anthill Mob and a chap called Kingy too. I still have the programme somewhere !
