Rattlesnakes are sweet. We should be friendly to them. Most of the time when people in the US get bitten, it's their own damn fault (they deliberately messed with the snake or tried to kill it), accidents are rare. Deaths from snakebite in the US are even rarer (like maybe a couple a year), and practically unheard of if you get treatment.
