I still see no evidence for the Book of Mormon. I mean, a guy can say all he wants about a book and give an excuse over and over about how he only has 8 minutes, but there is still no concrete substance for fact about this book
Well I certainly don't see you refute my over 800 videos on this subject yet. All you do is reject everything. But that is not refutation and proving the Book of Mormon false.
@TheBackyardProfessor true, but my question still stands. Archeological evidence i believe is what people need to see. And you can certainly do that in 8 minutes.
FARMS is paid to prove something right? Oh horrors eh? Goodness, bankers are PAID to make money, architects are PAID to make better buildings than others, and mapmakers are PAID to make more accurate maps. Doesn't all that just SUCK?!
Native clothing, decorative artifacts, housewares, musical instruments and Church-related items have been loaned by members of the Church from many countries who live in the area around Washington, D.C.
As loyal Canadians, these Church members are rooting for the Canadian Olympic Team while actively serving athletes and spectators from all over the world. They are also busy preparing for the open house and dedication of the new Vancouver British Columbia Temple scheduled for May of this year. — Greg Hill
When asked why she decided to volunteer, Sister Wotherspoon, who is first counselor in the Surrey 1st Ward Relief Society presidency said, "As Church members, our whole life is getting out there and volunteering. All of my kids have been very actively involved in a variety of different sports — baseball, soccer, hockey, etc. — and I wanted to do something to support the athletes. I also felt it would be fun to have the Winter Olympics as part of my own experience."
That is the most positive review of a book ever. I'm looking forward to seeing how many of them I can take. I spent 30 minutes listening to you translate the facsimilies...you scored better than smith that's for sure. you gave me a little 101, and never got close to telling me why Smith was even a little correct in his translations. That's why I couldn't get throught the whole thing.
It's one of the FINEST books in print on the subject. And you are being silly saying I am getting the facsimiles right while the Prophet got them wrong. I am showing how he got them correct. LOL! You be one funny human you do.
The BOM fails to represent the historical facts that are written. Does is not true... see, have you read View of the Hebrews 1825 by Ethan Smith and Wonders Of Nature and Providence Displayed 1825 by Josiah Priest. These are the books that help inspire J.S to write the book and not the Power Of the Lord.... Find out more, do a research, "Look for the Truth"... brother
Where in VH is a discussion of the Atonement as distinctive as 2 Nephi 9:6-9? Where in VH can be found a treatment of the doctrine of an opposition in all things and the meaning of the fall such as in 2 Nephi 2:11-25? How could Joseph Smith have extracted the ideas of Lehi's dream of the tree, the river, and the rod of iron (1 Ne. 8) from VH?
Where in VH could Smith have gotten the ideas found in Alma 32 about faith? And is there anything comparable in VH to 3 Nephi 11-26?

May I see what evidence you have that can prove this case? JUSTcurious is all. Otherwise, the snide comments do nothing to enhance your stance.

gremassiah, I have been to your web site and it obvious what you are about!
You want evidence, I would suggest you stop ridiculing and start listening and you might learn something !
skyaglow 3 years ago
Why don't you get to the evidence, instead of just going on about how good the book is and repeating yourself over and over.
You didn't say anything except that there was evidence; you didn't even get to read Hamblin's introduction!
