  • That's how mine first looked! Make sure to open up your leg a little bit and don't keep it so close to your head. Bring it above not beside your head and arch your back. Work on your bridges which will stretch out your back so you have a stronger, more flexible arch which will make it look cleaner, higher and definitly prettier. Also squeeze your behind and work on your balance. It's all in your legs and your back! Keep working!

  • You kinda got it (: try doing a half split to stretch your back leg And do backbents it helps so when you do a scorpion your back won't hurt as much . And keep your legs tight and straight (:

  • ok, definitely not bad for your first one! one thing i agree on is stretching like crazy and try to grab your ankle, and then your shin as you get more flexible. you can try leaning forward on something while pulling your leg up to stretch it, just DONT get in the habit of leaning over or else you will fall when your actually in the air lol, iv done it....not fun. but yeah..so theres some tips :)

  • you're trying to make your foot closer to your head.

    the key is not to make it closer but higher.

    use the hand holding your foot to push your foot up.

    doing splits will definately help your ability to pull your scorpian.

  • You Can by doing backbend and getting your hands closer together it helped me

  • get in a right leg split. it helps if it is all the way down but either way, try to lean backwards and that helped me a ton.
