i agree with most of you people on here about the turtles, i'm now 38, when i was a teen i managed to find my mothers original happy together album #114, it even had a messed up label on side A. after listening to the full album i really enjoyed the full sound they produced, i even liked them sooo much better than the beatles. yes i agree they should have been bigger. ive collected the 8 original album reprints from rhino records all on vinyl b4 they went out of print.
In the 80's Rhino Records used to reissue Turtles albums, then Sundazed did it in the 90's, now nobody reissues them.(according to what I see on Amazon) I wanted to buy more Turtles CDs, but the damn record companies stopped making them!
Howard Kaylan and Mark Volman wrote this one. Great earlier composition. From a wonderful album and as always with the Turtles music grossly underated and ignored by the music critics.
I bought this album when it came out in '67 - wore out three copies I played it that much
