Another strategy is use deadpool, iron man, spider man, and wolverine use deadpool's bullets, spiderman's web gun, wolverines brutal slash, and ironman's uni-beam, use them in this order wolverine, ironman, spiderman, and deadpool good luck

Just use gambit and when the shield is gone , shoot with his cards, they do a lot of damage ;)
