What a lovely man. I don't know him too well, but I have met him many times. And you'd need to meet his children, who are an absolute credit to the Dunnes.

I saw one of his daughters, Niahm, playing up at the North Texas Irish Festival this year. She performs with Beoga.
I wanted to chat her up but she was always surrounded by admirers! darn the luck

That concert was amazing, Mickey is an extraordinary piper. Do you happen to have any other videos from the retreat? Maybe Catherine McEvoy's concert or the one with all the teachers?

hehe, all the concerts at O'Flaherty were pretty amazing to me and yes I have Catherine McEvoy's performance and many others. I didn't get permission to post online tho from anybody except from Mickey, and that was through Tom O'Brien who was a student in his class. I just didn't think to ask anyone. Do you think any of the other performers would mind me posting their stuff?
