Ok, the controls feel extremly clumsy and the weapons have either to few ammo or are completly ineffective. There's lots of attempted character development in the breaks between shooting and jumping and shooting and jumping some more.

All in all this game dissapointed me, and this video seems to be 'missleading' to say the very least. Yes, multiplayer can be fun, but the gameplay isn't that good.

The game is only really fun once you get GOOD at it, then you can do sweet moves and pull off amazing shots. But the road to chaining cool stuff is long and bumpy, but give the game a try.

this game was a huge failure in multilayer they set out to make a good game with fun multiplayer and they have falied i own this game they should have least made 4 players offline and more maps online and offline and bigger maps to boot the maps were repedtitive severely and it just sucked the story mode was ok they could have done better and the games multiplayer still has several glitches.... i think if tehy make a part 2 they should fix these problems cuase the way they were heading this

The games platforming element was spot on. The level design was GREAT. The problems come in with the action and gun part which is very substandard overall. Also the storytelling itself is fairly poor from what I played. Most of the time I am lost on what is going on since it never really tell you anything.

i love the game, im all into action and combat games, although the "buddy" AI seems a tad slow on the uptake when in combat sometimes they're not that important. the level design is amazing it gives a great amount of vertigo as you scale buildings and look over some impressive terrain.

and to all the people that say about the ratings other mags and online sites give this game, they're never right on the ratings syatems each one has a tendancy to score "ground breaking" games poorly because they cant compair them to anything, if they wanted to compair this to something it would be tomb raider / any other puzzle game with guns. As for me, i love this game and cant wait to see this game through till the end.

its a maybe for me, the strong point being that I love steampunk but this is only half steampunk, Steampunk is also decorative and over the top. (hense Brass patterns on the guns) a good steampunk example game would be Boshock.

By seeing some other videos about the gameplay in Damnation, I can safely say that this will not be a good game at. The graphics are extremely poor and ugly to boost. Plus the animation is so robotic. Voice acting sucks and the gunfights/action plays are not exciting and challenging at all. But this is just my own opinion, if you think other wise than I respect your opinion as well. Thats about all I have to say about this game. Crap.
