I first heard this around the time my Grandfather died in 98. Simply brilliant! The only problem is on the CD you have to crank the volume to the max just to hear this at a normal audio level (at least on my copy). Does anyone else have that problem?Strange.

Alot of his music was inspired by a Near-Death Experience he had after crashing his motorcycle. He then dedicated alot of time to recreating what he heard, "Structures from Silence" is a result of that experience.
