Just had the misfortune of seeing this. Booooorrrrrinnnng. No chemistry between the leads, no burning questions to be answered. Caine wonders if his wife (Jackson) has had an affair with a mysterious blond stranger (Berger). Then Berger shows up at their house. The three characters proceed to stare at each other. Nothing happens. The writers seem intent on avoiding melodrama when in fact they've managed to avoid any sort of drama.
