Good game but I wish Shepard was more agile and could jump or at least vault over obstacles higher than knee level! It also wouldn't have hurt if he could crawl and shoot or leap out of the way of oncoming projectiles, kind of like Cole in Infamous

@shodrip Biotic and tech powers aside when it comes down to it Shepard is a human being a normal human being with combat experience in the future Cole from Infamous on the other hand is a super human a super hero of sorts when Shepard is just a normal commander with combat training.

@fan977 Shepard is not a super hero like Cole, I'll give you that. But most soldiers can jump and climb. I just felt the character's range of movement is limited. He could have been faster and more agile. Also his melee reach is like zero. I guess I keep trying to play him like Niko, Ezio, Kratos or Cole, which I shouldn't. I still think they could've given him a bayonet or something for when enemies get too close.

its a great game 9.8/10 ,definately an improvment from the first in terms of gamplay mechanics from the first but I seriously hope bioware dosnt nuff up the story in mass effect 3 just to get a more linear and action packed game because Mass effect should still be a rpg game heavily based on your actions and I really want to be able to feel the consequences of my actions rite from the get go rather than at the end of mass effect 3.

@ddvs2012 All the characters in the squad are organic which means anyone who is not a robot apart from Legion who is a Geth. Animations are 10 times better than ME 1. Story is still great but not as great as the first game. The planet exploration is there if you probe planets with an anomaly which works better and faster than scanning for minerals and do the sidequests which are not loyalty related. As for your last point do you want ugly looking girls in the game instead.

@ddvs2012 Ok Fine Mass Effect 1 had amazing characters I just loved Ashley (Annoying), Kaiden (Boring) and Garrus who was being a whiner was also better than he was in 2. I just love carrying around a shit load of guns and armour and when we find one better than the other convert them to omni gel. I just loved driving the Mako with it's abysmal controls and no physics at all in the same desert environment for all side quests. And even graphics in 1 were better. There are you happy now troll.

From my character floating in the sky to game freezes. I just wanted to know, is the xbox 360 version less buggy ? ive got an xbox too so i want to know if its smoother for that console. both my ps3 and 360 are new btw. so its not like i have old ass consoles.

@quickfire3OOO I've got the xbox 360 version and I've only ever encountered 1 major bug. I've had no game freezes and the only minor bugs I have is that sometimes someone walks through a wall/person but the game moves the character back to the right position within seconds. I'd say do ME 1 and 2 on xbox. It's worthwhile to make choices and see it carried over to ME2. I just get a better sense of accomplishment when I play that way.

You can hook up with a character called Jack, but you don't see them having sex, just kissing. There isn't that much swearing. It doesn't have multiplayer, but the campaign is really lenghty, and you can play it over and over again, with different class/story tweaks. You can play with friends if he gets his pc/xbox 360/ps3 and have it next to you lol.

I first played this whilst bedridden with a gnarly flu.

I played the game twice in succession, once on veteran with a female paragon vangauard and once on insanity with a male renegade engineer, spending just over 40 hours on each playthrough. a week later I imported my vanguard career and played it again.

and that was on the ps3 without having the benefit of playing ME1, yeah... this is a good game.

Bioware, don't make a game with an identity crisis. If you can't make a game with good elements from both genres, then choose one genre and stick to it.
