I still have many 35mm photographs taken in 1967 of my time spent on border duty. Also of time in Kowloon and the riots that happened because of Star Ferry putting up the ferry prices, well that was the excuse for the riots and bombings which claimed several lives

The border crossing bridge is at Man Kam To in the distance is then small town of Shenzhen. I agree video about 1967, as I have stood in the police post over looking the border at Man Kam To, being then a British soldier, at that time in Sha Tau Kok village, we had the problems with Mao's red guards as the village was in two half's, part British and part Chinese with no fences to seperate.

應該未到那種地步至少民間的接觸是存在的不過我外婆那時曾協助一些大陸人逃離共產中國，她見過大陸公安會開槍打死逃到西方社會的人士。
