There's absolutely nothing wrong with thoughts of your spouse. That's the way it's supposed to be! Now, if the thoughts get perverted or start wandering towards other people, then attack it. But there's nothing wrong with sexual thoughts toward your spouse.

Excellent! We must speak outloud so that they spirit world hears us cast those thoughts down. That is how Jesus did in his wilderness walk when the fiery darts of the devil came to him. He only needed to say: It is written.....and speak the Word pertaining to the attack which is our spiritual sWord. We say it in the natural and God fights for us in the spiritual.

A good way to fight against this kind of temptation/attack is to memorize Romans chapter 6 and as you have these kind of thoughts, quote Romans chapter 6 out loud. Don't just think about the verses use Gods sword to cut at the enemy. Remember Jesus always used Gods word to battle against satan. Matt 4:4

those thoughts are not from the "enemy". they are from you,, within, you without you, they are YOU. you are simply fighting within yourself. "satan" is not omniiscient in so far as "he" is putting thoughts in your mind, etc. satan puts thoughts in your mind? the world does not revolve around you. but, listening to your explanations of your understanding of god, evil, good, the universe, daily life etc, it sure seems like it. of course i dont expect you to see any other reasoning,,

Of course you wouldn't think the enemy is able to speak to your mind because you're still under his spiritual blindness. You are correct that satan is not omniscient, but as I mentioned in the video, he controls a whole "host" of spiritually wicked servants. I got my understanding of God, good, evil, etc by seeking the Lord and reading His word. It appears your understanding is simply an extension of your man-made opinion?

The problem with the church is that we know WHAT we are supposed to do, but we don't always know HOW. We need tactics, techniques and ways to use the scripture as the "sword of God" as its called by Paul. We need methods. Or at least I do. I'm in a really dark place right now in the church, and this video made me feel the warmth and light of God.

Andy love your honesty and love how specific you are in shareing your own battle because yes I have and battle "thoughts" (firey darts of the enemy) that come out of nowhere. I would like to add that Satan (whether or not i fight and resist or when I lose) will berate me for one: haveing the thought or giving in to the thought. Remember also that the devil even tried to tempt Jesus 3 times in the wilderness. Then finally he went away but he said something to the effect that he would be back later. He wont leave us alone but we are learning to recognize him when he springs up here and there. It helps also to say out loud, " I am protected by Jesus Christ, get thee behind me satan." 2 days ago i went to bed on my couch, I fell asleep with my right hand propped up against the couch, because I was raising my hand in prayer.

Thanks for this vid.I think all Christians r under a severe amount of spiritual attacks from satan. My pastor was telling us that he doesn't know one Christian family that isn't being bombarded by satans attacks.He believes satan has turned it up on Christians because Christ is coming soon. As a woman, I don't want to be the one that causes another to stumble. Society today has become so twisted, there is no escape from the sexual images that are everywhere you look. It's so true brother, the devil made men all lustful over women, so he could use it to keep him enslaved into sin. It truly is a hard thing for guys to deal with every minute of the day. And we as women, knowing it's the devil wanting to ensnare our brothers & ultimately ourselves into sin, we must remain modest. It's another way to tell a good woman from a harlot (well...most of the time!) hahahaa No matter what, we should all make sure we are upholding an image not embarassing to Jesus.

That's the very thing I was dealing with last night. This is what God had me do: write down the sins and then next to each sin write a specific situation that sin was committed in. Say- lying to someone about circumstances in my life. Things like that sometimes point to the real problem which is: I lied to make myself feel better because I don't really trust that God has a plan for my life. If that makes sense?

Often times, the new Christian will believe that he or she "isn't" saved or can't "stay" saved because he or she is tempted and caves in to the old habits and sometimes it seems so difficult to try to change the old ways, but, if you sow your little seed of faith and perseverance, Father God, through His Holy Spirit, will give you a wonderful harvest of self control. You have to find a picture you like, then actually edit the picture and isolate it from it's background. Then find the "masking" options in your video program. Then I used the "painting creator" in my video program and did a 1 second drawing, then repeated it to make it look animated.
