@RawRadiantHealth HOW CAN I GET RID OF MY BLACKHEADS ON MY NOSE BCUZ I TRIED CLEAN AND CLEAR BUT IT DIDNT TAKE OF THE BLACKHEADS ON MY NOSE SO IF U COULD PLEASE HELP IT WOULD BE A BLESSING 4 ME!!! SO PLZZZZZZZZ! HELP ME!! THANX :)
Livestrong sunscreen +100. I'm out riding a bike in the sun for hours at a time. I just started using Livestrong this year and love it. The only stuff I have ever used that I don't break out from. Made from olive oil, sunflower oil, coconut, aloe and a bunch of other way-better-than-drugstore-brand stuff.
Astaxanthin - helps to prevent sunburn & the damaging effects of UVA rays from the sun that causes the skin to age prematurely. It also protects you from the damaging effects of radiation (i.e. flying in airplanes, x-rays, CT scans, etc.). It also has numerous other benefits. It is a carotenoid. Like many carotenoids, it is a colorful, lipid-soluble pigment found in microalgae (most potent) & other sources.
the best sunscreen is coconut oil. the sun isn't the problem. it's the toxins in the body that come to the surface through the skin that make the out break. if you body is clean, free of toxins you don;t have that. the body uses the skin to get the toxins out when the bowel is blocked. that's it bypass.
@Flamingo001 on some blog, and the author claimed to have worked at a dermatology office and said that they had gotten several patients with skin cancers who used coconut oil as sunscreen. and im surely not making this up, in case ur concerned about that.
@CeVoyageur Thank you for the explanation. No, I'm not at all concerned about you making anything up. But like I mentioned before, it's the toxins that come to the surface from within the skin that cause the cancer. If the body is dirty on the inside and that is the case with most people, unless they eat really healthy and do a lot of cleanses on a regular basis. Otherwise I recommend to stay out of the sun. Because the same phenomena happens with other stuff too.
@Flamingo001 So are you saying the sun doesn't cause cancer? Cause if you are, that is completely false and you shouldn't be spreading around false information. Eating a raw diet will not make you immune to sun damage.
google: "ewg cosmetics database" for ratings and safety information on health & beauty products.... i can't put the web address in here. Alba makes good products.
I've been watching alot of your videos and have gained alot of knowledge and wisdom from you videos. I have missed you since you haven't been on, and hope to see you back soon. Thank you and take care.
I'm a redhead and am very very fair. I use Badger spf 30+ lightly scented lavender. Find it in your health food store. Ingredients are: 18.75% Non-nano uncoated zinc oxide, extra virgin olive oil, beeswax, shea butter, cocoa butter, jojoba oil, lavender essential oil, natural vitamin E, seabuckthorn. All organic. Feels great on your skin.
you're looking great and full of energy again! I'm glad about it :) I find that the so called "oil cleansing method" removes sunscreen well... I usually use mineral make up as a (light I guess) sunscreen and I eat more antioxidants... honey as a cleanser is still a life saver when I am in trouble, thanks again for that tip.
It's SO important to wear sunscreen even if you are JUST on the beach for that 20 minutes. The sun so much more powerful than you may think. I too have acne prone skin and yet I find that if I use facial moisturizer with SPF in it it dosen't break me out. For body sun screen I look for "natural" ingredients such as zinc instead of chemically made protectants.
my favorite sunscreen is from a company called Goddess Garden. It's 88% organic and is for sensitive skin. it's amazing and moisturized and mattifies at the same time. It's so wonderful. it's 15 dollars but you get 6 ounces and it's organic and cruelty free!
Avon has a new suncreen they say protects and restores your skins DNA .visit me at leilasnewavon for link to sight if you like. it isnot listed as organic though.
Is it me or she looks very tired and sick? You need to start eating, seriously! I'm so concerned about your health choices, did you finally cut meat out your diet?
Probably helps if you go to a powder/physical sunscreen - titanium dioxide and zinc oxide - chemical-free and won't break you out. I make my own and tint it with iron oxides to get rid of the white cast.
Lately I've been reading up on this very topic... all the articles I've read have scared me into buying a sunscreen because they basically say that if you don't protect your skin every day even if you're not going to be out in direct sunlight for a prolonged period it will age your skin faster and become leathery, and I certainly do not want that. Anyone have any input?
Another awesome video Natasha. We miss your consistent videos!! :]
Natasha, thanks for the informative video, I also favour the Alba Botanica sunscreen when I need it. What are your favourite health food stores in the Montreal area? I live in Mtl too, and I am only aware of HealthTree (in the West Island) and TAU (on the South Shore) and the Naturiste stores. Are there others you could recommend?
@sherribailey75 lose her sense of smell, which sounds like bad health to me. You miss the point that she doesn’t want to eat fish, she wants to be raw! It’s not her fault. The reason she didn't change the name of her channel is because her channel is based upon the raw diet. I'm sure she's still mostly raw. Sure, maybe she should clarify it somewhere on her page, or put a link to the two videos she made. Have a great day. Much peace&love.
@sherribailey75 Yes, eating fish is neither vegan nor raw, but neither is getting injections every month for the rest of your life. So if you know some other raw vegan source of B12 that her body can absorb and can suit her lifestyle, than please be friendly and tell her nicely, but lets move away from judgment.Nobody has the right to judge her because she would rather eat some fish (that’s abundant in Asia where she lives) than not eat it and have swollen tongue, be anemic,
@sherribailey75 Why so much hostility? I think that whoever watches Natasha on a regular basis would know that she would much rather get her B12 from a non-animal source, since she has been a vegetarian through most of her life. In her video, where she does clarify her change of diet, she said she wouldn't even clean her greens for years to try to get some B12, but that didn't help. What do you propose her to do? Not washing her greens (a vegan & raw source of B12) didn’t work for her.
@bishonenchan no its not needed you can get your vitamins from anything but meat. meat is just gross and rotting in your intestines and cutting off some years from your life. but who am i to say anything about chopping up some years because i smoke those cancer sticks.
@bishonenchan i hate to break it down to you but you are just brainwashed from the media and the fda because of the multi billion dollar meat and dairy industry. you cannot trust them. of course they are gonna tell you its healthy so you buy it. dont kid yourself, you only eat meat because of your selfish taste buds. if you simply are not dedicated to educate yourself of the issue then you have no say and are ignorant. go get a book, i suggest skinny bitch, by rory freedman and kim barnouin.
u could not have made this vid in better timing, june 10th im going to corsica france and we will be at the beach day after day. I dont have alba but I bought lavera according to the skin data base its a toxity level of 2 which is best I could find at my store. good tip on making sure u have a cleanser that washes it all off. great vid!
hi. are you still eating meat? i remember there was some video where you talked about going to a diet of eating animals and not being raw anymore. i'm confused as your channel is called rawradianthealth. can you please clarify? your subscribers would really appreciate it.
@lovevsabsence First, I want to say that her doctor is a fool. You don't need to eat meat to get your b12 up, it's absurd. You can easily get it from other sources. And second, she needs to change the name of her channel, because there's nothing raw about her. She's lying to viewers by keeping the name the same, it's totally misleading. Of course, I'm unsubscribing now.
@sherribailey75 whoa whoa, this is just going based on my memory of that video. you should look back and watch the video yourself to make sure. don't quote me.
@sherribailey75 friend, you need to watch this: *****wwwDOTyoutubeDOTcom/watch?v=KJ0fi5Gqms8*****
and btw, i like natasha videos wether she eats meat or not (i don't eat meat and think she dosent need it either). for your question. i ---assume--- she still eats meat , otherwise she would share it with us i guess, and she also looks fatter to me then in most of her other videos - that could reasonably come from meat consumption.
@sherribailey75 Natasha has already explained her eating meat. She was/is a strong advocate for the raw lifestyle, but after many tests she found she was low in her B vitamins and her diet was not providing enough absorption. She became tired, and started including small amounts of fish to her diet but has remained probably 99% raw. She never needed to tell her subscribers at all that she started eating fish, but her honesty is what keeps us watching.

@Flamingo001 i read somewhere that coconut oil has no ability whatsoever to protect the skin and that in fact it exposes your skin more to the sun..
