As someone from Massachusetts I can truthfully say that the there has been zero negative impact from the marijuana tolerance policy enacted in 2008.
In fact the use rate has gone down and the prices have gone up. All in all the only major effect was a lot fewer people clogging up the justice system leaving us better able to prosecute and jail people who are actually a danger to society.

As someone from Massachusetts I can truthfully say that the there has been zero negative impact from the marijuana tolerance policy enacted in 2008.
In fact the use rate has gone down and the prices have gone up. All in all the only major effect was a lot fewer people clogging up the justice system leaving us better able to prosecute and jail people who are actually a danger to society.
