@megthepearl I like this logic! It's plausible! This would'a been a good one in school as one of those "in your own words, explain the meaning of" lessons. I could see JWs having "13 Questions" kinda like AA has "12 Steps"!
I can remember listening to this on a juke box in the early 70s. Noone else remembers it. I always loved this song the bass , vocals, fiddle. I guess not many people liked it.
this song hit the top 40 in spring, 1971...remember this like it was yesterday, but couldn't have named this band to save my life...lol...THX Papa U-TUBE!
I am 14 and me and my dad listen to this song every earth day because when my dad was younger he went to a free seatrain concert on earth day and they played this song and we connect the day with "3 earth men"
I have been looking for a copy of this song for YEARS! It was very big i an elite group of my friends in high school - 1971-1972. Like others have said - none of my friends knew what I was talking about when I was trying to find this song.
Listen for great music like this on a new radio station called "OffTheCharts" - featuring 70's (and some 80's) lost hits and chart wonders!
Go to Live365.com, type OFFTHECHARTS in the Search box and click on the station logo. The audio stream should begin. Become a VIP member and listen commercial free!
This song will be fearured on our first show beginning November 8.
My family thought I was crazy when I told them about this song. The never heard of it. Thnaks for the post. Now I can clear my sanity with the family. To bad I was not flying when it was playing.
i've been looking for this lil' ditty for along time [hell; i coiuldn't find it in the70's].. but i always had the openning lines in my head. thanx for providing part of the soundtrack of my youth!!!!!!!!!
New stuff... cool :-) I don't know this song. Sounds classic 70's. Cool images and the color cycling was a neat effect that really went well with those pics - "eye" cons! 8D
@megthepearl- it certainly could be, nice deduction

This song and Crow's: Evil Woman Don't Play Your Games With Me are the 2 song from the 1970's so easily forgotten.
