How do u get the wig

@rougeninja99 You have to collect dog tags from the soldiers. To do so, you hold a tranquilizer gun to their back (you have to do that first or you'll be put on alert mode), then you move up to the front of them and point your weapon to their head. If they don't want to be shot, they'll drop their dog tag. If they're not scared, they'll want you to shoot them in the arm or foot, then they'll drop their dog tag. After you collect so many from different difficulty levels, you get the wigs.

@Georgio1215 You're welcome. Be sure to collect more though, you'll be able to collect a blue wig, which will allow you infinite breath under water. There's also an orange wig, which I believe gives unlimited grip when hanging.

What's not to get? That conversation is not required as a part of the game and it's before you meet up with the bomb disposal guy. All it is is just seeing how Rose Mary (Raiden's girlfriend) reacts to if you pretend to look for the bomb disposal guy in the girl's bathroom.
