  • wow ! great !

  • Anyone who plays the guitar would instantly recognise it's Graham Oliver's technique that creates his sound, not the amp or effects.

Best to ignore comments from someone who has never picked up a guitar or suck so bad they feel the need to put down people who can play!

  • He is an amazing guitar player, but unfortunatelly the G string is out of tune...

  • @jodonte1 so your saying if he played through a £600 + valve amp set up, he wouldn't sound as good as he does through this £150 tranny amp? Interesting.

  • @vintageshred71 Graham has forgotten more about guitar playing, than jodonte1 will ever possess in his LIFE!

  • Mr. Oliver is one of the legendary influences that keep rock alive today and forever ....!

  • Yes! Saxon! Great vid Gav ! Nice axe!

  • Graham Oliver and Steve Dobbs Dobson are inOliver/Dawson/SAXON now. They are great.

  • this guy sure likes to play his guitar :-)

  • his guitar sounds awesome! Does anybody know what amp is he using?

  • @herolcs01 It's actually an Italia ITR25 - 25 watt transistor amp.

  • @vintageshred71 that demonstrates that a good sound is in the hands, the taste and the imagination about what do you play, and not in the gear. Graham will be sound great with any kind of gear

  • @EduardoAllo Agree with all you say. No need to spend ££££'s on gear, unless you have the talent it won't make you sound any better.

  • @vintageshred71 yeah...it´s just about marketing, you know, trademarks need sales...this is the time we live, people forget that music is, over all, making with your hands, heart and soul...you must be an idiot if you believe that with the gear of Mr.Oliver you will sound as him...and, of course, make music as him...In other way, someday you discover that Eddie Van Halen re-invented the rock with a home-hand-made guitar....oh well..

  • @EduardoAllo yes, as did Brian May. My point is that this guitar (and the upcoming GO signature models) are well with in most peoples budgets, unlike most signature guitars that can cost thousands.

  • Can't understand a word they are saying. Too much reverb in the room.

  • Hey Gonzoid ! you read my mind !!!!!!!!

  • How come Priest didn't consider this guy for KK? Too busy caring about image and some 30 y/o Zakk Wylde wannabe.

  • Love th pink strap

  • Ive played with Graham:)

Our school did "WeWillRockYou" and Graham was the lead guitarist, He was really good hit every note perfectly. In rehearsals i filled in for the drummer because he was in austria skiing, So i spent all afternoon playing along to some Queen with him.

    Truly amazing Guy.

  • His pickups sound really hot. Does anyone know what he is using? Ceramic magnets for sure.

  • @Barano actually I think they are Alnico V magnets. The Vintage Raider VR2000 has the Wilkinson WVHZ humbuckers as standard, which is based on the classic PAF set up.

  • @Barano This pickups are in stock in this guitars ;-] Vintage pickups sounds reeeeaaaally awesome \m/

  • amazing thanks for posting

  • met him at a oub in halifax, he came to see my band :')

  • Not surprised they influenced Metallica as they were all big NWOBHM fans

  • he looks like really cool guy

  • @crazyguitardude666 - yeah, you can't beat the whole 'pensioner in denim' kick. Inspired a generation of guitarists though, apparently...

  • @HorridFroth iv just started getting into saxon. their awesome !

  • @crazyguitardude666 He is, hes really down to earth and u wouldnt think to see him backstage before a show that he was in a massive rock band!!! Great guy is Graham.
