  • I concur with the sentiments here. I'm not opposed to aggressive marketing; even demonstrations of customer opinions about competing products.

    At this point, however, it's pretty clear that the above video shows 1 customer happy with the change to Kaseya,yet it also brings to light a number of individuals who are coming out of the woodwork to support N-Able in response. I can't imagine, at this point, why it makes sense for Kaseya to keep this video up. Are you still "reviewing video content"?

  • Sad way to promote your own solution, by bashing another one.

    We have been using N-central from N-Able Technologies for 3 years now and we are really satisfied. They deliver great business support, besides their platform which forfills all our needs.

  • @L3on1337 - N-Able does fit many businesses very well. This content is of a customer talking on a panel at one of our user conferences. We are also currently reviewing our video content for relevancy.

  • I am surprised to see Kaseya using this sort of marketing tactic. Disappointing

  • This is a poorly written title. N-able does a fantastic job of being the 1 of the tools you talk about. True, 1 product is not a managed service product alone, but N-able is a much better company to partner with.
