I hated that Finn never apologized for being an a-hole and outing her. Of course he was almost immediately forgiven, since he's always portrayed as the lovable klutz. I hated that there was never an actual girl kiss (specifically between Santana and Britney). I hated that Britney never really comforted Santana (isn't that suppose to be her gf?). Most of all, I hated that they sang "I Kissed A Girl" by Katy Perry.

Awesome episode...I've been waiting for Santana to grow up a bit wit accepting who she is. but it's hard to be accepting of yourself being a lesbian when the world(most) hates it, disowns it and ridicules it.....but they don't know what goes on through our heads and how we feel. really love this episode i just wish they would have had more Santana and Brittany. Just because i feel like Brittany is such an important part Santana's life that she would have been her number 1 supporter throughout everything and i'm sure they are going to go down that path eventually but i just wish it would have been during this episode, especially after she comes out to her grandmother. The song choices (mainly GJWHF and I Kissed a Girl) were so offensive for the context, Santana nearly gets suspended for physical violence when we all know there are bullies going unpunished, and white hetero male Finn is the "hero" again and taking control of Santana's coming out. This episode...it's just...frustrating!

I didn’t like what they did with the storyline. The song choices were really bad. Even though the performances were great (like always) they shouldn’t have chosen “I Kissed A Girl” & “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”. Those songs weren’t appropriate at all for the storyline. They’re showing the audience a wrong image about lesbians. That lesbians shouldn’t be taken seriously, that they just wanna “have fun” & that they’re just fooling around. Which isn’t true at all.
