What is the name of det man with grey hair and glasses behind Terry Blackwood? I know it isn't jake Hess, but he was like him. He is sitting much more in the front. Just wondering, not important but thanks for answear anyway.
Hey You Tubers....I just did this song at jtyler5. Come over and listen. I guarantee to rock your socks off with my version. If it stinks, say so in my comments section. If you like it, and you should...then hit LIKE, and make a comment. John Tyler
Ok now I'm doubting. I believe The original of This Gospel Song is "Swing Low Sweet Chariot". But this one seems to be the Arrangement that Elvis Presley personally arranged as "Swing Down Sweet Chariot". What's The Story???
My father passed away my birthday June 5th 2010. So sad...but glory to God he gave his heart to God...this song...many of JD Sumner...George Younce...Fairfield four..Ernis Hasse and SSQ and so many more added to his final days of ultimate peace and the truest of love...Thanks to those who odey Gods call...there music has the power to save even after thier own passing. With love from New Zealand
@KiwiTrucker1 Sorry to hear about your father's passing. Mine went years ago. He was a US Military Man. Today is Memorial Day for US Soldiers. My Dad was in the US military for 22 years. I honor him today. And yes, this song is great. Keep your father in your heart, as I do.
There is no voice like a George Voice, this video has a room full of some of the best Bass singers in the world and George owns it. George is the best bass singer to ever live. Lets see the russians sing this with the same level of timbre and depth George does.
You're so right! He is one of the best bass singers there has ever been. Not to take anything away from J. D. Sumner, but I don't think he could even sing the low notes heavy with such clarity and stay on tune like George could. You could hear George over everybody in this song.....
George Younce had an overall vocal quality where he was clear as crystal and yet he could still shake a building apart with those low notes. Only other bass singer that can match that is Tim Riley.
love it. thanks to these lyrical and hormoniuos genious with gods spirit have saved my family from drugs and crime to being part of my church. thank god all over the world
One thing about George is that no matter how low he went you could understand every word he was singing. Very seldom did he fry attempting to go too low. After a certain note many bass singers just growl....
i luv this
