This was just the basic Sims 2 game for the PC. There are now 3 versions of the Sims. Sims 3 came out last month, I believe. You'll need a very modern computer to play that, as it has certain memory & graphic requirements. You can still buy Sims 2 & Sims (1) on eBay, Amazon, Gamestop, and maybe Best Buy, Target, & Walmart. There are are also expansion packs for each game, but you'll need the 'base' game that coordinates with it first.
I also play the Sims :) I think what caused the face to be like that is a memory proplem with your computer, has your computer got a good memory card? If it hasn't it was props that which caused this otherwise it haven't got a clue what is was

If it was a memory issue, wouldn't it have self-corrected once more memory was freed up? I haven't really tried to play this much on my 'new' laptop (almost 2 yrs old now). I did a couple times when I first got it but Windows Vista is such a memory hog.
If an alien impregnates you, you give birth to a half alien half human baby. And guys can get pregnant from aliens too... so yeah, definitely not true-to-life.

He was using a 'brain' item (i forget what it's called but it can be purchased once they hit a certain level) -- anyway, he was downstairs in the kitchen when she started screaming and I think I had paused the game & when it was unpaused, he was blue. It happened before the pause from giving birth. Any other ideas?
Your Husbands face was blue because you probably have some Custom Content on his face and there was something wrong with your Custom Content. Cool Video. I just added a Sim giving Birth Video.

I've never played the Sims so I can't explain the face glitch, but I must say the baby birth is most amusing ^__^
I just hope nobody thinks a lady really DOES give birth to a child this way XD

Congratulations!!!If you have used a cheat to change the age of your sim this may had caused this "visibility" problem.Hope it helps...

not really... it's a delay built into the game -- something about the stork getting the baby. It's been a while so I forget the specific verbiage.
