Its funny to notice how this yakult 'cult' has spread all over the world. It contains Live bacteria Lactobacillus casei shirota strain, 6.5 billions per 65 mL bottle. However one needs atleast trillions of such bacteria to make it effective. That mean one has to drink gallons of yakult and by the time you get any benefit of this you will already suffer from diabetes due to Yakult's sugar content. It may not be a human drink but certainly an Alien drink, you know who drank it first ;)
Lalacult is better than Yakult.
Lalacult has 26 billion of bacteria. Lalacult looks like Yakult, but it is stronger and better than Yakult.
