Getting only the 360 by itself doesn't cost more than a PlayStation 3, however buying all the accessories needed to help the system run better, you will have went over the amount you pay for a PS3 by itself. Also, I'd like to say that it has already been proven that the PS3 is more advanced in technology and is an overall better system. All it comes down to is, which games have the exclusives you want to play.

Ps3 is wayyy better. Here are reasons. 1. PS3 has better and more franchises/seris for it. i.e MGS,GOW,Resistance,Killzone ect.
2.The PS3 has been having the best lineup since end of 2007. And it has 200 games unannouced.

Well... last weekend I was in Target and guess what? The 360 there had the RROD! OMFG!! And some of my 360 owning friends still get the RROD. It does exist. Yea $200 bucks cheaper with almost no storage space at all and no ability to play games online! That sounds so awesome!! To make the 360 as good as the PS3 you DO have to spend more money.

Yes.. I do.. much larger storage capacity (DVD about 9GB; BD is 25GB per layer) and faster loads. Disk is more scratch resistant and there are a few more things that make it better than DVD.

Blu-Ray is more than just HD. Games like MGS4 can be made on the PS3 because of it. 33 GB game. It uses a dual layered BD which is 50 GB. That game would be atleast 4 disks on a regular DVD.

Ps3 is wayyy better. Here are reasons. 1. PS3 has better and more franchises/seris for it. i.e MGS,GOW,Resistance,Killzone ect.
2.The PS3 has been having the best lineup since end of 2007. And it has 200 games unannouced.

Well... last weekend I was in Target and guess what? The 360 there had the RROD! OMFG!! And some of my 360 owning friends still get the RROD. It does exist. Yea $200 bucks cheaper with almost no storage space at all and no ability to play games online! That sounds so awesome!! To make the 360 as good as the PS3 you DO have to spend more money.

Blu-Ray is more than just HD. Games like MGS4 can be made on the PS3 because of it. 33 GB game. It uses a dual layered BD which is 50 GB. That game would be atleast 4 disks on a regular DVD.

If you bought a 360 then bought all the add ons that will equal what you get when you buy a ps3, the 360 will most likely cost more. I don't see how its too fat. What does that have anything to do with how the actual system performs? Basically your saying the ps3 sucks when it is whisper silent, doesn't overheat, great reliability, and free online play.

Why did you choose to compare the PS3 to the Xbox 360. Next time if you are making a comparison make sure you compare Ps2 to the 360.

i swear the amount of dumbarses in the world today cussing and fighting each other over which console is the best,get a life! id ont give a shit if 360 has better online features or if the ps3 has better graphics in the end its all down to if you are having fun and enjoying your console. i have a ps3 but i admit the 360 is also very good

I am only telling the dumbasses that the PS3 is a better console, technologically. In other words, its more advanced. I didn't say that you can't have fun on a 360. I agree with you, you can have fun on one, because I have before. The 360 fanboys should just admit the fact that the PS3 is a better console, however may not be funner to them.

personally i think the xbox is the better console and i am willing to admit that in a couple of years the ps3 will probably be better than the xbox but for right now i think the 360 is on top
