Go Fly a Kite

what do you call this style of kite? I recently got a New Tech - Techno stunt kite, never thought flying a kite could be so fun. But that big thing looks like a blast!

@mymonkeyfart  Sorry man- I don't know what kind of kite it is. It is my son's from a few years ago. If I find out, I'll drop you a note about it, but it was really big!

@gleo57 i do beleive that is the ozone samurai, 1 of the best starter kites there ever was so i've heard :)

@mymonkeyfart it looks to be a 4 line foil (power kite), basically it traps air inside it to form a wing while flying (like a parachute).

Any shop that has kite surfing or kite buggy gear should have them. Just remember that in stronger winds, these things are designed to drag you around (on water or a buggy/mt board) - so they can pull like a freight train when powered up (I buggy'd for over 10 years, so know just how strong these things can be)
