cool videos i have some q's though. ok first do you need a 4-color press thing to do 2 colors, or can you just line up the screens? and do you need a flash gun/dryer? and this may seem dumb but can you reuse a screen after you've burned an image onto it? thanks
So your 'defusion' design is a template that is engraved on the wood plate? Is this better or easier than using emulsion with a transparency and UV light?
I dont think so the template on the wood plate is just a registration help for the shirt but it is not engraved.
if you look carefully when he holds up the screen at the beginning of the vid you can see that his screen has emulsion and the desing is already "burned" in the screen.
You are an awesome kid and make awesome videos!!!!!!! Do you know how to make t-shirts using computer printable transfers? If yes, could you please teach us how to make the drawings to be visible on a dark or black t-shirt?
you need to have more than 1 shirt to sell on your website or if there is make it more clear that this one shirt is not your only product! thanks for the video though
erm, you know the emulsion you use to cover the mesh, is it removable, and how? and can you put inks ontop of each other, or do they have to be next to each other but not overlapping? help me please!
Hi, nice vid.. want to know what kind of paint you use? any certain brands? the store i go to it just says 'silkscreen print' and i'm not sure if this kind of paint is suitable for fabric. Also, for the photo emulsion is their any certain brands? and where can you get it? art shops?

no you dont need 4 color press to do a two color job,
there are 2 color press. yes you will need something
to curing inks flash or gun. having a flash dryer makes it faster
and easyer also gives it a longer life spand. yes you can re-use the screen reclame
using emulsion remover then ghost remover make sure you wash out let dry then ready to emulsion.

Hey, you prob get this question allot, but how does the ink hold up to streching the material and washing machines??
Thanks.
Dg8765 4 years ago
it just has to be cured with the heat flash and then its all good
seena32 4 years ago
could you use a hairdrier? and then maybe iron it on a dry setting?
Dg8765 4 years ago
a hair drier is not hot enough. but and iron will work ONLY!! if you use waterbased inks.
