I can tell you right now, you won't want to be living in that place. Just take a look at the traffic from that 8 lane highway, and the train tracks. The noise! I lived in Korea when I was very young, decades ago, and actually lived in a modern high rise apartment for a couple of months. The place was rat-infested. They ran between the floors and walls. Rats were a serious problem all over Korea so, unless they have gotten their rat issue under control, I wouldn't live anywhere in Korea again

@johnny121090 this one would go for like 8 - 9 million won a month, which is like 8 - 9 thousand dollars (us or aud) its REALLY expensive in the center of soul, awesome high rise apartments but for like 12 million a month. So if you can afford paying like 750 dollars a week on rent, you can do it.
