I drove by this bridge last week and was HORRIFIED! It's freaking hideous! What on earth were they thinking putting those big heaps of garbage up and calling them "art"? Srsly, someone needs to get fired for this monstrosity.

@TheCookieMonkey i live in Council Bluffs Iowa we could have afforded better artwork but we have a corrupt mayor that didnt want to include the people that live here in on the decision but i can tell you most of the people that live in council bluffs hate that artwork and we also know that money should have gone to a better purpose than the trash that us council bluffs have to live with because our mayor is an idiot and i have met him personally through work and he is also a family friend
