@mugs27 the uneven weights challenges the "core" more than a single kettlebell or 2 kettlebells of the same weight. It also teaches keeping the bells "on a string" so you keep them at the same height.
This group has been working with me for quite some time and we started with uneven weight deadlifts 1st to prep them for the swings. This by no means is a complex for beginners. Beginners should get better at the basic 2 hand swing before moving to double bells and uneven double bells.
Cool, what are the advantages of the uneven weight? Is there a higher risk of injury?
