@BohemianKitsch Yes. We are awash in unfathomable Blessing, if we only understand how we shut it down, turn away. This is why it is said, "The Guru is greater than God." God was already The Case, but we didn't notice... but when Present in human form, makes possible a most direct way.
@BohemianKitsch Its simply not true that the body-mind cannot attain enlightenmnet; Adi Da's motive for maintalining that it can't is because he's looking for followers who will become enslaved to him. The external guru is merely a milestone; the true guru is within and will lead you to the goal because the inner self/guru is the goal. But of course, such a seeking is hard work and adi da's western audience is deeply conditioned by the easy fix attitude of western capitalism.
@fizywig i know you mean well, but i've done my homework. i've read all the criticisms and scandalous materials available, and he STILL remains easily the most brilliant sage to come out of the west. his book Method of the Siddhas is great, and The Dawn Horse Testament in unparalleled in scope and depth.
plus, i can literally FEEL his presence through the videos.
However mind says different. LOL! All I 'know' is that He is the Great Distraction, the Focus that dissolves one. To grant Him ones feeling-attention interferes with the destiny that can only be unhappiness and suffering. He is the means for anyone who wishes to be liberated from the clenched fist that separates one from That Place that is 'heaven on earth'. However once tasted, beware! There can be no turning back!
