If Tibet is a part of China, then why doesn't the CCP grant the Tibetans (and EVERY "ethnic minority") the same rights as the Han majority?
Article 4 of the CHINESE CONSTITUTION guarantees China's 55 ethnic minorities the same freedom of thought, expression, assembly and religion as the majority Han Chinese enjoy.
If China truly is powerful, then why is this so difficult to do?
